MINOSAS FOR BREAKFAST: REFRESHING & HYRDATING

My favorite mocktail recipes:

  • Banana Alexander

    1/2 frozen banana

    1 cup almond milk

    Ice

    Nutmeg

    1. Add almond milk, frozen banana and ice to blender.

    2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a martini glass.

    3. Top with nutmeg.

    4. Enoy!

  • Cape Cod Sunrise

    1/2 cup OJ

    1/2 cup cranberry juice

    1/2 fresh lime (squeezed for juice)

    Ice

    Seltzer water

    1. Combine OJ, cranberry juice, and fresh lime juice in a glass.

    2. Fill with ice. Top with seltzer water.

    3. Drink and relax.

  • Seedlip MiNOsa

    2 oz. Seedlip Grove 42

    1oz. clementine juice (I use OJ)

    Cold soda water

    1. Combine the Seedlip Grove 42 and juice to a champagne flute.

    2. Top off with cold soda water.

    3. Sip and relax.

  • Lemon Drop Non-tini

    Juice of 1-2 fresh lemons

    1-2 tablespoons sugar or 1-2 packets stevia (plus extra for glass rim)

    Ice

    Lemon seltzer

    1. Place some sugar on a small plate. Line the rim of the martini glass with water or lemon juice.

    2. Dip the rim into the sugar on the plate.

    3. Mix fresh lemon juice, sugar or stevia, and ice in a cocktail shaker.

    4. Shake, pour into the martini glass, and top with seltzer water.

    5. Cheers!

  • Non-rum Punch by the Pitcher

    3 cups OJ

    3 cups cranberry juice

    3 cups Ginger Ale or seltzer water

    Juice of 2 fresh lemons or limes

    Ice

    1. Combine all ingredients (except ice) in a pitcher and stir.

    2. Refrigerate.

    3. Fill glasses with ice and add non-rum punch.

    4. If your friends want rum, add it separately to each glass.

    5. Or after your reset, make a pitcher and alternate non-rum punch with rum punch.

  • Virgin Mojito

    1/2 Fresh lime

    10 fresh mint leaves

    Stevia (1 packet) or sugar (1 tablespoon)

    Seltzer water

    Ice

    1. Muddle fresh lime, mint leaves and sugar or stevia in a tall glass.

    2. Fill with ice.

    3. Top with seltzer water, stir and enjoy!
